Takafumi Nawa Takafumi Nawa is a HRD manager for MassMutual Life Insurance Company, Bancassurance in Japan. He is a skilled trainer and facilitator of communication skills (with purchase psychology) sales and sales talks, presentation skills, practical coaching, social styles and sales-based transactional analysis. He is developing a human resources management strategy, designing and operating HRD programs. In addition, Takafumi implements in-house management trainings and leadership trainings for managers.

He contributes to the penetration of the corporate newly launched Mission, Vision and Value to all employees based on AI method. Takafumi is a graduate of the Corporation for Positive Change Appreciative Inquiry and the Practice of Positive Change certificate program and a Certified Trainer of the Appreciative Leadership Development Program.
