Rita Guild

Dynamic and energetic,Rita Guild is the parish coordinator for a church of 2600 families, where for the past 20 years she has handled the administration of the parish and organized a number of ministries and groups. Introduced to Appreciative Inquiry in the late 90’s, Rita is a graduate of the Corporation for Positive Change Appreciative Inquiry and the Practice of Positive Change certificate program. Rita is committed to the expanded potential that Appreciative Inquiry offers to organizations, groups and individuals, and incorporates AI principles, energy, creativity and fun into her work with parish leaders and staff. She describes the ALDP as an experience that “surprises you with joy – the joy of discovering our deepest heart-felt dreams and the faith to make those dreams come true.”
