Paul Nahirney

Paul S. Nahirney, President of Nahirney and Associates, has over 40 years of experience in leadership and service in the non-profit sector with special interests in fund development/stewardship renewal and congregational renewal and development. Paul is known for his energetic facilitation and development of organizational potential with particular attention in developing the internal skill of staff and volunteers alike, to foster greater self-reliance. He also brings experience overseeing major capital campaigns, facilitating strategic planning, and assisting congregations (all denominations) in renewing their commitment to mission-based service. His clients include: Anglican Diocese of Edmonton (Alberta, Canada), women’s shelters, public libraries, seniors nursing care facilities, cultural organizations, and congregations and faith-based organizations from a variety of denominations (Anglican, Lutheran, Roman Catholic, and United Church). Paul holds a Masters degree in Social Work (Community Organizing) and is currently enrolled in a D.Min. program focused on Congregational Renewal and Development (Seabury Western Theological Seminary).
