Linda Berardi

Linda Berardi, MPA, SPHR, is the founder and principal of WillowOak HR Consulting and offers creative and sustainable solutions in growing strong, flexible work teams. Linda leverages her talents in the areas of organizational learning, strategic planning, services innovation and talent development. Throughout her thirty-year career as both a clinical and administrative leader, Linda has pioneered creative and dynamic strategies that have resulted in positive systems change in New York’s and Virginia’s statewide networks for behavioral health and developmental disabilities. Linda’s professional credentials include a Master’s in Public Administration from Old Dominion University, Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification through the Society of Human Resource Management and current licensure as an Appreciative Leadership Development Program facilitator with the Corporation for Positive Change.
