As the founder of Syzygy Consulting & Coaching, Kami helps teams and executives uncover their passions and purpose to guide them to an inspired future. Her unique consulting and coaching agency, Syzygy, is grounded in the experience of stories, nature, passions and the power of positive. These experiences bring lasting change to leadership styles, organizational cultures and open the new door for new visions. As a certified Equine Guided Educator, Kami offers Equine Vision Journey Retreats and appreciative leadership and team development programs that incorporate what she calls “the power of the horse.”
